David Luiz has told BT Sport, during their live Europa League coverage, that Joe Willock could have played better against Molde.
Willock earned great praise for his performance on Thursday night, as Arsenal won 4-1 in the Europa League.
The youngster was a bundle of energy, and he managed to score Arsenal’s last goal of the night, as a reward for his efforts.
Willock also had a hand in forcing two own goals from Molde defenders, as he was the one putting them under severe pressure.
But Luiz insists that the 21-year-old can play even better, as he is so talented.
“He could do better, and I’m not joking, because he has the talent to be at the top level,” the Arsenal central defender said.
“He understands that.
“For me it’s a pleasure to play with the kids, especially because he’s humble.

“When you’re humble you can learn things and improve. He has a great present and future.”
Luiz’s demanding comments highlight why he is seen as a leader by Arsenal’s younger players.
The 33-year-old is an influential figure in the Gunners’ dressing room, and the club’s younger players often look to him for guidance.
Willock has now impressed on his last two Europa League appearances, and must be pushing for a place in Arsenal’s Premier League squad.
