
Ray Parlour said on talkSPORT (6:27pm, February 15, 2021) that Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka could be just as good as Manchester City’s rising star Phil Foden.
The former Arsenal star made the comments about Saka and Foden in response to his co-presenter mocking a fan of the Gunners who tweeted that the teenager is better than Jack Grealish, Raheem Sterling and Foden.
Parlour said on talkSPORT (6:27pm, February 15, 2021): “Well, I certainly believe that he could be just as good as Foden and people like that. I know he is only a year older, Foden.”
Two huge talents
Saka and Foden are different types of players, but they are more or less the same age and are massive talents.
The Arsenal teenager can play as a left-back or as a left-winger, but it is very likely that he could end up as a wide man in the coming years.

The 19-year-old has been superb for Mikel Arteta’s so far this season and plays consistently well.
