Anwar El Ghazi told the Ajax Podcast that he would want Aston Villa to sign their thriving technician Dusan Tadic.
The Villa winger spent a number of years at the Dutch giants and he stated that he likes Tadic because of his mentality and work ethic on the training pitch.
Tadic will be familiar to Premier League supporters because the Ajax star spent a number of years at Southampton.
Nonetheless, El Ghazi shared why he would like the playmaker to make the switch from Holland to Villa Park.
“That guy man, his mental strength,” said El Ghazi. “I would love to work with him. I like people who have the mentality to work hard and train hard.
“I heard a lot of stories in interviews from other players that he’s always training extra, boosting players up and grabbing players to join him.
“And he’s a great professional on the pitch as well. He can join us if he wants.”

For a number of seasons, Tadic has been ripping it up for Ajax and his performances, both domestically and in Europe prove that.
Tadic has played 30 games in all competitions this season, scoring 14 goals and supplying 12 assists, including two goals and three assists in the Champions League.
Given Tadic’s age, 32, it’s highly unlikely that El Ghazi’s wish will come true because it’s not a Dean Smith-like signing.
Plus, the Villa faithful have Jack Grealish ripping it up week in and week out.
