West Ham captain Mark Noble has predicted Jarrod Bowen to develop into a better player than he already is after a brilliant season with the east London club.
Speaking on Rio Ferdinand’s Vibe with Five, the English midfielder claimed that his attacking teammate has the potential to get better than he currently is. Bowen has been in outstanding form this season, with the winger in line to receive his first England international call-up in March.
The attacker joined West Ham in 2020 from Hull City for a reported £20m according to BBC Sport. And since then, the forward has taken to Premier League football like a duck to water, with Bowen impressing for West Ham and winning plaudits from neutrals and pundits.
And this campaign has been Bowen’s yet for the Hammers. The 25-year-old has bagged nine goals and ten assists in all competitions for West Ham, and according to Noble, the winger will only get better under David Moyes.
The Scottish manager has spearheaded an incredible change in fortunes for West Ham, with Bowen one of Moyes’ best signings for the club. Yet despite coming from the Championship, the attacker has flourished in the top-flight.
Noble said: “Jarrod Bowen coming in has been fantastic for us. There were questions about him when he first signed from Hull on whether he can do it in the Premier League, and I think he’s proven that now to everyone. I still think he can go further; he can get better.”
Noble praise of Bowen shows why West Ham star deserves England call-up

West Ham have again been great this season, with Bowen’s form key to the club’s performances in the Premier League and Europe as well as their hopeful shot of qualifying for the top-four. And for the winger, an England call-up must soon be on the cards.
As noted by Noble, the former Championship star is only getting better with each passing game. And Bowen could be a real asset for England given his attacking and creative qualities from the wing.
