Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on signing the Argentine.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Marca, Real Betis are lining up a swoop for Lyon ace Nabil Fekir as a potential replacement for Giovani Lo Celso, in news that will be a real boost to Tottenham’s hopes of signing the Argentine.
Spurs have been chasing the 23-year-old midfielder all summer long, but as things stand, they are still falling well short of the La Liga outfit’s £63 million asking price (Estadio Deportivo).
Tottenham have already spent big this summer, signing Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon and Jack Clarke from Leeds United, and the addition of Lo Celso really would be the icing on the cake for the north London outfit.
And perhaps Betis’s reported pursuit of Fekir will give them the boost they need to secure the signing of the Argentina international.

Moving for the Frenchman would be a clear indication that Betis are planning for life without Lo Celso, and if Tottenham make an offer in the region of £60 million for the 23-year-old, they might just be able to get their man this summer.
These seem to be exciting times for Spurs, and the prospect of Lo Celso lining up alongside the likes of Ndombele and Harry Winks will be an extremely tantalising one for the club’s fans.
