Ramadan Sobhi getting ready to leave Stoke so will Liverpool make their move?

Ramadan Sobhi is getting ready to leave Stoke City this summer if the club are relegated from the Premier League.

The Stoke Sentinel reports that Ramadan has said he wants to perform well with Egypt at the 2018 World Cup in Russia and then get ready to exit the Bet365 Stadium.

The winger’s agent, Nader Shawky, has also added that four clubs from the English top tier have made offers for his client and his future with the Potteries will depend on their top flight status.

Liverpool making a move?

One of those teams could well be Liverpool, with TEAMtalk claiming in March that the Reds were considering a £15m move for Ramadan.

The 21-year-old plays alongside the club’s topscorer, Mohamed Salah, for the Egyptian national team and Jurgen Klopp asked his player’s opinion about the Stoke star.

Salah gave Ramadan a glowing recommendation and if, as Shawky claims, there are a quartet of English sides interested in the attacking midfielder then it would seem strange if the Merseysiders weren’t one of them.
