Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United drew with Millwall in the Championship on Saturday.
In the build-up to the Championship match against Leeds United at The Den on Saturday afternoon, Millwall striker Steve Morison made some rather interesting comments.
Speaking to the South London Press & Mercury earlier this week, the 35-year-old former Norwich City striker said that he plans to become like Zlatan Ibrahimovic against his former club Leeds.
Morison joined the Whites from Norwich City in January 2013 and moved to Millwall on a permanent contract in the summer of 2015.
The Welsh striker did have a good chance to score for the home team on Saturday afternoon, but overall the 35-year-old did not have a great match and was substituted in the 70th minute.
Leeds seem to have taken a dig at Morison on their official Twitter page by referring to Morison as ‘Zlatan’, clearly referring to his comments before the match.
The West Yorkshire outfit’s official Twitter page has mentioned that the Millwall striker was kept quiet during the match, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
