Have Leeds United signed Dimitar Sheytanov already?

It looks like Dimitar Sheytanov might have confirmed his Leeds United move on Twitter.
According to Bulgarian publication Top Sport, Leeds was the 19-year-old goalkeeper’s most likely destination after leaving Levski Sofia this week.
However, there has been no announcement from the Elland Road club as of yet, but it appears as if the transfer might be done already.
Sheytanov posted a picture of himself in a Leeds training shirt this afternoon in what could be considered a major hint of his current club.
In an earlier tweet, he wrote, in English, that his nickname was “Sheva”.
The youngster, who is expected to compete in United’s Under-23 side, was at Ossett United on Saturday as Leeds’ youth players secured a 1-0 win.
Sheytanov was not included in the first XI or named on the substitutes bench, though only four players were.
He could be on trial, but he appears to have left Levski Sofia already after posting a heartfelt tribute to his former team-mates and colleagues on Instagram this week, which may reduce the likelyhood of him being a trialist.
