Seamus Coleman and Theo Walcott were sensational against Leicester City.

Everton picked up a vital win in the Premier League this week, defeating Leicester City 2-1 at Goodison Park. It was a game to remember for January recruit Theo Walcott. He scored both goals for the home side, his first for the club since arriving from Arsenal.
It was also a game to remember for Seamus Coleman. The Irishman was making his long-awaited comeback after a horror leg break last season and immediately looked at his best once again from the right-back position.

After the game Everton fans were purring at the brilliant combination the pair formed down the right-hand side, after they gave poor Ben Chilwell a night to forget on Merseyside.
It might even have Everton fans excited about a potentially new dynamic duo down a flank at the club. Everton once had perhaps the most devastating full-back and winger combo in the league when Leighton Baines was at his gung ho best and Steven Pienaar played in front of him.

The South African’s tendency to drift inside and slow the game down gave Baines plenty of opportunity to attack and he also put in the defensive shift necessary to give his left-back some freedom.
This new pair are a different sort of threat, with pace and tenacity the main attribute they share. But the early signs are good that Everton might have unearthed yet another gem of a full-back and winger duet.
