Aston Villa reportedly want Joe Lolley of Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest have announced on their official Twitter page that they have signed Sammy Ameobi, and that should encourage Aston Villa in their reported pursuit of Joe Lolley.
According to The Birmingham Mail, Villa – who will play in the Premier League next season after clinching promotion from the second tier of English football – are interested in signing Lolley from Championship club Forest and are willing to pay £10 million as transfer fee.
Ameobi is a winger as well, and perhaps Forest securing the services of the 27-year-old former Bolton Wanderers man suggests that the Reds are at least open to the idea of selling Lolley.
Of course, Lolley is a much better player than Ameobi and is also more creative, and perhaps Martin O’Neill has brought the former Newcastle United to the City Ground to complement the 26-year-old.

However, it could also be that Forest are planning for life after Lolley and have a contingency plan in Ameobi.
According to WhoScored, Lolley made 42 starts and four substitute appearances in the Championship for Forest this past season, scoring 11 goals and providing 11 assists in the process.
