Darren Ambrose has questioned on talkSPORT why other teams haven’t shown interest in wanting to sign Tottenham forward, Heung-Min Son.
The Tottenham-supporting pundit shared that he was ‘delighted’ that Son signed a new contract recently.
But with a lot of talk about Harry Kane’s future in North London, Son always seems to go underappreciated in the transfer market – to the relief of Spurs fans, no doubt.
But Ambrose, who played for Crystal Palace, shared that Son is a player who has ‘world-class’ games.
“People outside of Spurs are questioning his ambition,” said Ambrose. “But Nuno has come in. He has obviously sat down with all the players.
“He seems to be buying into what he said. He’s 29, he could have got another big, big move. He is at that age. But he loves the club.
“We have seen that. He is happy when he plays and has had a couple of really, really good seasons – I am delighted for that being a Spurs fan.
“I agree why hasn’t there been teams coming in to want to sign him. There were arguments last season, is Son world-class? Personally, I think he has world-class games. Is he a world-class footballer? Probably not.”

Well, whatever Spurs fans are thinking about Kane’s future, one thing is for sure, they have Son on their books.
Whether the South Korean plays up top, out wide, in pressure games, under a more attack-minded manager or defensive-minded coach.
The £22 million man (Mirror) has always delivered and is one of the most underrated players in England’s top-flight.
It shows the love, respect and affection Son has for Spurs that he has committed his future to the club despite their recent decline and all those doubts about Kane’s future.
