Some Arsenal fans on Twitter have been calling for Emile Smith-Rowe to get more of a chance at the club after his impressive cameo in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

The attacking midfielder has been electric whenever he’s stepped onto the pitch this season, grabbing a goal and an assist in the Europa League despite only playing 43 minutes in the competition this term.

Arsenal certainly need some more attacking impetus in the squad, they’ve scored just 10 goals this term, which is the lowest tally of any side outside of the bottom three.

The Gunners are missing a creator in the middle of the park and it seems as though fans believe Smith-Rowe could be the man to fix their attacking problems.

The 20-year-old hasn’t played a minute of Premier League football so far this season, but some fans want to see him involved this weekend against Tottenham.

There has been plenty of outcry on social media with fans praising him and demanding for him to get more of a chance in the first-team.

Whether or not Mikel Arteta listens to these pleas remains to be seen.
