The Wolverhampton Wanderers outcast is well known to Sunderland’s owner.

The Wolverhampton Wanderers winger, Jordan Graham, would ‘look good’ wearing Sunderland’s colours, according to the Mackems owner Stewart Donald.
Graham, who has struggled for game time since leaving Wolves to join Ipswich Town on loan in the summer, is training with Sunderland’s league rivals, Oxford United, ahead of a January move there instead.
The 23-year-old previously enjoyed a month-long spell with Oxford while Donald was a stakeholder at the club whom he has supported since childhood.
And after one Oxford fan tweeted “bring on January” in response to the Graham news, Donald replied: “He would look good in red and white”.
Sunderland are not exactly short of options in the Wolves player’s position, where Chris Maguire, Lyden Gooch, Aiden McGeady and Duncan Watmore are each capable of playing.
But with Gooch yet to commit to a new contract as he approaches the final six months of his existing deal, Sunderland may have an eye on Graham’s situation.

Should Sunderland rival Oxford for the Wolverhampton Wanderers winger’s signature in January?
