The Watford man was superb against Manchester United and he could be just what Everton are looking for.

Of all Everton’s problems this season, their failure to sign a replacement for Romelu Lukaku is clearly at the top of the pile, and one player’s latest performance suggests he could be an unlikely but highly effective alternative to the big Belgian at Goodison Park.
Watford’s Richarlison may be a winger by trade, and without the build of Everton’s former top-scorer, but his performance against Manchester United this week laid his considerable skills out for all to see.

The Brazilian is not just a winger with a box of tricks, he is an all-round attacking behemoth whose ability in the air matches his work on the floor.
He regularly gets into the box, knows where the goal is, and sets up chances for his teammates with impressive regularity. In short, he is everything Everton are missing.

Had the Toffees signed the 20-year-old ahead of Watford back in the summer, they may not be in the trouble they are now. But if they are willing spend big to solve the problem, they should break the bank to bring Richarlison to Merseyside.
He is a superstar in the making and completely outshone Lukaku on Tuesday night, and Everton would be a completely different prospect with him in their side.
