Everton are reportedly nearing the signing of Barcelona’s Yerry Mina.

New Everton signing Richarlison is known for his activity on social media, and he may have just dropped a big hint over the future of reported Toffees target Yerry Mina.
Spanish outlet SPORT claimed over the weekend that Everton were closing in on the signing of the Barcelona centre-back, after he starred at this summer’s World Cup – even scoring against England.
The 23-year-old colossus, who stands at a lofty 6ft 5in, managed just six appearances for Barcelona last summer in all competitions – with the likes of Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Thomas Vermaelen above him in the pecking order.
Richarlison may have dropped a big hint on Instagram by following the Colombia international, which was spotted by Everton fan account Everton Blue Army.
Mina is said to be closing in on a £28.5million switch to Goodison Park, in what would be Marco Silva’s fourth signing as manager after luring Richarlison, Lucas Digne and goalkeeper Joao Virginia to Merseyside.
The defender has attracted interest from Manchester United and newly-promoted Wolves, while French side Lyon are also said to be keen on landing his signature this summer.
But with just three days remaining in the transfer window, it appears Everton have stolen a march on their competitors and Richarlison’s activity on Instagram suggests a move could be close to completion.
