Glasgow Rangers loanee Jermain Defoe has been a superb addition since arriving at Ibrox on loan.

Jermain Defoe appears to have dropped a hint regarding his plans for next season by insisting on Twitter that he cannot wait for next season at Rangers.
Defoe joined the Gers on an 18-month loan deal during the January transfer window. He made a decent start to his Ibrox career, but has been outstanding since getting a run of starts in the wake of Alfredo Morelos’ most recent red card.
The 36-year-old has scored eight goals in total, including three in his last five. Nevertheless, Rangers fans may have been hesitant to assume that he will definitely be available to Steven Gerrard again next term.
Sky Sports reported when he joined on loan that parent club Bournemouth could recall him this summer, while they will also have another chance to bring him back to the Vitality Stadium in January 2020.

Rangers may still be awaiting official confirmation regarding the Cherries’ plans for the Premier League great. But Defoe may have dropped a hint on social media that suggests that he is going nowhere at the end of the season.
The former England international took to Twitter to express his delight at helping the side win five games in a row. And he appeared to hint that he could not wait for the remaining games of the campaign as well as next season.
