Is Leeds owner Radrizzani playing a masterstroke?

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has had a couple of PR gaffes in his first year in charge.
The bodged relaunch of the club’s badge and their tour of Myanmar competed for national derision.
But perhaps finally Radrizzani is playing a blinder.

The eyes of the nation are on Leeds on Thursday night when Elland Road hosts England’s international with Costa Rica.
Leeds are looking to appoint a new boss and are in talks with world respected manager Marcelo Bielsa.
The timing is ideal for Leeds to unveil Bielsa in front of a packed Elland Road with the national press in tow.

There is enough time still for Bielsa to sign a contract, fly to England, and be presented at Leeds’ stadium on Thursday.
If Radrizzani can pull it off, then the disaster with the club’s badge may even be forgiven.
