Max Gradel has just fuelled the rumours that he could be a potential target for Leeds United this summer.

BBC Sport have reported that Gradel is looking for a way out of Bournemouth, and Leeds fans have been busy on Twitter urging Andrea Radrizzani and Garry Monk to make a bid.

Indeed, one Leeds fan directed a message at Gradel, stating how much the Elland Road crowd still loved him.

And Gradel was quick to reply, expressing his love for Leeds supporters too.

Gradel’s recent ‘likes’ on the social media website also make for interesting viewing.

Whether Gradel’s obvious affinity with Leeds would be enough to convince him to move back to the Yorkshire side remains to be seen, but it is certainly a transfer which would go down well at Elland Road.

Gradel last represented Leeds between the years of 2009 and 2012, and he became a real fans’ favourite.

The Ivorian is blessed with great pace, and he scored 25 goals in 85 appearances for the Whites – before moving to Saint-Ettiene.

Gradel has made just 14 appearances for Bournemouth so far this season, and he has only scored once.
