Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou seized his chance.

Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou made a surprise appearance late in the game against Fulham.
It was the Frenchman’s first Premier League appearance of the season.
Tottenham’s squad has been stretched by injuries and N’Koudou is a player manager Mauricio Pochettino has had little time for since he signed in 2016.
Pochettino bringing him off the bench appeared to be a clear message to spendthrift chairman Daniel Levy that more signings are needed.
If this was the case then it backfired, with N’Koudou providing a game changing moment to win the game for Spurs with his cross for Harry Winks.

As far as the match went, it was a good moment for Spurs and particularly N’Koudou.
When it came to showing a need for new signings, it may have backfired.
Levy can point to N’Koudou as a player Mauricio Pochettino should spent more time working with.
It gives him one more reason not to pay up to sign Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen, reportedly the club’s top target, The Sun claim.
