Tottenham Hotspur face an uphill battle if they are to qualify from their Champions League group.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media yesterday, ahead of his side’s Champions League clash with PSV Eindhoven at Wembley tonight, and hinted that he isn’t entirely happy with the strength in depth of his squad, as quoted by Football.London.
Spurs have one of the best starting XI’s in European football, but after having failed to sign a single player during the summer transfer window, there are serious questions being asked as to whether they are good enough to compete for major honours on all fronts.
The north London outfit have made a decent start to their Premier League campaign, and currently sit in fourth spot in the table, but they have struggled in Europe, taking just one point from their opening three outings.
Tottenham boss Pochettino addressed the media ahead of tonight’s vital clash with PSV, and responded when asked whether he is tempted to mix things up against the Dutch outfit, as quoted by Football.London:

“I cannot…I don’t have too many players to select or not select! Now we’re only 18 or 19. No – it’s the reality.”
The game kicks off at 20:00 tonight, and can be seen exclusively live on BT Sport.
