Has Marco Silva just hinted that three of Everton’s new signings will feature on Saturday?

Everton travel to the south coast to take on Bournemouth on Saturday.

Everton boss Marco Silva addressed the media today during his pre-match press conference, and hinted that three of his new signings – Lucas Digne, Kurt Zouma and Bernard could all feature away at Bournemouth, as quoted by the Liverpool Echo.

Silva was extremely busy during this summer’s transfer window, bringing in a whole host of new signings, and many are backing Everton make a sustained push for the European places this season.

The Portuguese is being patient with his new arrivals, however, providing them all with plenty of time to acclimatise to life in England before being thrown into first-team action.

Silva hinted that three of his new signings might just feature against Bournemouth on Saturday, however, when speaking to reporters, as quoted by the Liverpool Echo:

“Lucas is working with us, he had a small problem but everything is ok now. He’s working hard to take his position aswell, it’s a good fight between him and Leighton Baines. Zouma was with us on the bench last game and Bernard is improving his condition, tomorrow I’ll make the decision.”

Everton have been impressive during their opening two Premier League games, taking four points from a possible six, and they will be looking to take their tally to seven for the season with a win at the vitality Stadium this weekend.

And three of their new signings will be desperate to play some part in the game.
