Rae announced his departure from Leeds United at the end of last season.

Joshua Rae’s future could take yet another twist after his departure from Leeds United earlier this summer.
The goalkeeper announced the end of his two-year Leeds career at the end of last season and he later trained with or played for Blackburn Rovers, Huddersfield Town and Hibernian.
In between those spells, Rae travelled with Whites teams to the friendlies at Tadcaster Albion and Cagliari.
And after the young Scot posted the following tweet on Sunday evening, it is possible that his career will continue at Leeds – who can still sign any player who was a free agent before the transfer window closed for Premier League and Championship clubs – after all.
He wrote:
Leeds added the young Frenchman, Illan Meslier, to their goalkeeping options on deadline day.
But with a maximum of five loan players allowed in a Championship matchday squad (the Whites currently have six) some extra cover may be required.

Leeds also have Kamil Miazek, Will Huffer and Harrison Male to call upon in Rae’s position, although it is plausible that any of those could leave on loan before the window closes for League One and Two clubs.
