Leeds United attacker Pawel Cibicki has not featured yet under Paul Heckingbottom.

Leeds United’s ‘return to form’ proved short lived on Friday as they were beaten 3-0 by Middlesbrough.
They have only won one game in 2018, and this will be hugely frustrating particularly to forward Pawel Cibicki.
Cibicki has not had a chance under new manager Paul Heckingbottom, and any hopes that Thomas Christiansen’s sacking would be good him, have not worked out.
Is two managers coming to the same conclusion that Cibicki is not good enough a sign he really isn’t?
Well perhaps, but Cibicki has not had a proper chance.

Just a fortnight ago he inspired the under-23s to victory against Sheffield Wednesday, scoring two goals in the opening two minutes.
His performance was not enough to get him a place in the side.
On Friday he was not even on the bench, with Heckingbottom leaving him out of the match day squad in three out of his five matches as Leeds manager so far.
In the two he did make the bench, Cibicki was an unused substitute.
Leeds paid £1.45 million to sign the talented forward, and he is right to feel he has been unfairly overlooked considering the team’s poor form and his recent efforts for the under-23s.
This has to change between now and the end of the season especially if Leeds have nothing to play for.
Leeds need to find out more about Cibicki at Championship level and give him time to develop, if they are going to make a call on whether he should stay at the club next season.
