Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks has decided that he will stay at the club and fight for his place, amid interest from Everton and Aston Villa, according to ESPN.

ESPN have reported that Tottenham have not told Winks that he is surplus to requirements.
The 25-year-old English midfielder himself wants to stay at Spurs and fight for his place in head coach Nuno’s side.
This despite the England international having a lot of clubs after him.
ESPN have reported interest from Villa, Everton, Sevilla and Valencia in Winks.
Sensible decision?
Winks struggled for playing time at Spurs last season, but that was under a different manager.
Jose Mourinho is now in charge of AS Roma, while Nuno was appointed as the Tottenham boss earlier this summer.
Winks could get his chance on a regular basis this season under the former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager.
The midfielder needs to make the most of his chances when he gets them.
Winks is a good player who can pass the ball well and can connect well with his fellow midfielders.
Where the 25-year-old needs to improve is impose himself in the middle of the park and perhaps play final balls more often.
Winks has scored two goals in 109 Premier League appearances so far in his career.
