According to The Daily Star (Transfer Live blog, 10:20am, August 31, 2021), Tottenham Hotspur are willing to sell Harry Winks on transfer deadline day.
It has been reported that Tottenham will listen to offers for the 25-year-old England international midfielder.
Disappointing for Harry Winks
Tottenham’s reported stance will be a disappointment for Winks.
Why?
Well, because the midfielder himself wants to stay.

That’s according to a report on ESPN on August 20.
The report claimed that Tottenham have not told Winks that he can leave, and that the player himself is keen on staying and fighting for his place in the team.
However, according to The Daily Star (Transfer Live blog, 10:20am, August 31, 2021), Spurs are now willing to listen to offers for the England international on transfer deadline day.

Could Harry Winks leave Tottenham Hotspur?
Just because Spurs are willing to offload Winks on summer transfer deadline day does not mean that he will leave.
You would need a club interested in buying Winks or at least signing him on loan.
Winks is a very good midfielder who can be a supporting cast in the middle of the park.
The midfielder has scored two goals in 110 Premier League appearances so far in his career.
