Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks helped Mauricio Pochettino’s side to a 4-0 victory at the weekend.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino had spoken about how his side were ‘unsettled’ prior to the closure of the European transfer window.
Tottenham’s form may have suffered as a result of that, with Spurs failing to show their top form before the international break.
Pochettino’s men were back at their best against Crystal Palace on Saturday though.
Tottenham won 4-0 against Palace, as they picked up a comfortable victory.
And Winks felt that the team meeting that Spurs held in the build up to the game was helpful.
“There was a little bit of tactics involved [in the meeting] and a little bit of mental refocusing as well,” he said. We were excellent, we showed our real quality.
“The first thing we spoke about was not letting a team like Palace settle and allow them to breathe in the game because they are a dangerous side and if they feel like they can get a result they can punish you.

“From the start of the game we wanted to press them, make it hard for them and we did that.”
Spurs scored four goals in the opening 45 minutes against Palace, as they took command of the match right from the off.
The victory helped Spurs relieve some of the pressure which had built on them after a slightly concerning start.
Tottenham are now in third place in the Premier League table, with Pochettino’s men’s next match coming in the Champions League against Olympiacos.
