Fernando Llorente posted a positive cameo for Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night.

Harry Winks has singled out Fernando Llorente for praise following Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-1 win over PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday.
Spurs kept alive their hopes of reaching the last-16 of the Champions League by scoring two late goals to stun the Dutch giants at Wembley.
Harry Kane was the hero for Tottenham, as he so often is, but Llorente was one of the unsung ones.
Mauricio Pochettino gave the big Spanish striker a 15-minute cameo and he repaid the Argentine manager by setting up Kane’s equaliser within three minutes of his arrival.
It was only the 33-year-old’s fourth appearance of the season across Champions League and Premier League competition, and Winks, who himself was excellent in midfield, has praised the former Juventus man.
“Harry was brilliant, he led the line well but credit to Fernando as well when he came on, he was outstanding and he brought a different dimension to the team,” our number eight reflected,” he told Spurs’ website.
“All the substitutes made an impact and the whole team was excellent. It was a tough victory to get but thankfully we’ve come away with the win.”
Quite a lot of Tottenham fans don’t fancy Llorente as an adequate back-up to Kane, which is understandable considering he scored once in 16 Premier League games last term.
But it’ll be very interesting to see if Pochettino uses them both in a two-pronged attack at times going forward because, as Tuesday proved, it can be effective at times.
