The Express are reporting this morning that Harry Wilson was determined to succeed at Liverpool.

Wilson came through the youth academy at Anfield and wanted to make it big in the Premier League with Liverpool.

However, Liverpool and the winger came to a mutual agreement this summer that it was the right time for him to move on.

Fulham have signed the 24-year-old Wales international winger on a contract until the summer of 2026.

The Cottagers will reportedly pay Liverpool £12 million in transfer fee.

The former Premier League champions will have also a 15% sell-on clause.

Succeeding at Fulham

Wilson is 24 now, and it is hard to see how the winger could have succeeded at Liverpool in the coming years.

After all, the Wales international winger could not make a single appearance in the Premier League for the Reds.

Fulham will play in the Championship next season and will be determined to clinch back promotion to the Premier League.

Wilson has a new home now, and he could flourish at the Cottagers in the coming years and make a name for himself.

The winger could prove Liverpool wrong in the next two or three years and show them that they should have kept him.
