Tottenham Hotspur fans will be expecting big things from Tanguy Ndombele this season.

Harry Redknapp has shared that he has been told that Tottenham’s big-money signing Tanguy Ndombele is ‘some player’ as he lauded him for his midfield qualities.
Earlier on in the summer, Spurs wrapped up a £54 million deal for the services of Ndombele, who made the switch from Lyon, as reported by BBC Sport.
Ndombele will now be preparing for his Tottenham debut as Mauricio Pochettino’s side take on newly-promoted Aston Villa in their Premier League opener this Saturday.
Speaking to Sky Sports News (07/08/2019 12:35 pm), Redknapp had nothing but positive words to say about Ndombele as Tottenham fans will love his comments.
“They tell me the boy they have signed, the Frenchman, Ndomebele, but people I have spoken to and followed and they think he is some player,” Redknapp told Sky Sports News.

“So, he’s going to add real power, strength and ability to the midfield. I think Tottenham are going to be very powerful.”
As things stand, Ndombele is Tottenham’s only significant signing this summer, as all eyes will no doubt be on him at the weekend.
Last season, the re-born Moussa Sissoko made the midfield place his own as he produced some outstanding performances for Spurs.
It remains to be seen how Pochettino will set-up with the duo, and whether they will play in the same starting XI over the course of the new season.
