Liverpool are going strong in the Premier League at the moment.

Former Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United manager Harry Redknapp suggested on the Drive show on talkSPORT on Monday afternoon (broadcast from 4pm, October 3, 2016) that Liverpool are contenders for the Premier League title this season.
The former Queens Park Rangers boss, though, raised doubts on the Merseyside outfit’s defence.
“Absolutely,” said Redknapp on the Drive show on talkSPORT on Monday afternoon (broadcast from 4pm, October 3, 2016) when asked if Liverpool are title contenders.
“They have got outstanding players. I just wonder if defensively they are quite strong enough.”

Liverpool have made a strong start to the 2016-17 Premier League campaign and appear to be in the running for the league title.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are fourth in the league table at the moment with 16 points from seven matches.
The Reds are just two points behind leaders Manchester City, and are above Manchester United, Chelsea and last season’s champions Leicester City in the standings.

Liverpool are a force to be reckoned with going forward, with Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge all superb players.
Defensively, though, the Reds are not that great, although James Milner playing at left-back is working fine at the moment.
The Reds will take on fierce rivals Manchester United at Anfield in the Premier League after the international break.
