Harry Redknapp has raved about West Ham United defender Craig Dawson in The Sun.
The former West Ham manager has been impressed by the performances of Dawson for David Moyes’ side so far this season.
The Englishman has added that the West Ham fans he speaks to are happy with the 30-year-old.
Redknapp wrote about Dawson in The Sun: “To be honest, there were probably three centre-backs ahead of him when they signed him.
“And I know a lot of people were thinking, ‘What’s he doing with signing a bloke who can’t get a game?’
“But I speak to West Ham fans a lot — and they’re not doubting him any more. They’re amazed at how amazing he has been.”

Important player for West Ham United
Dawson joined West Ham on loan from Championship club Watford in the summer of 2020.
The central defender actually did not make his league debut for the Hammers until late December 2020, but since then, he has been a key figure in the team.
The 30-year-old has scored two goals in nine Premier League matches and has scored one goal in two FA Cup games for West Ham so far this season, according to WhoScored.
Dawson’s form is a big reason why West Ham are in the running for the Champions League places in the Premier League table this season.
The Hammers are fifth in the league table at the moment with 42 points from 24 matches, just a point behind fourth-placed and London rivals Chelsea, who have played 25 games.
