Harry Redknapp has said on talkSPORT (8:22am, March 18, 2022) that Declan Rice should not leave West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
The former West Ham manager has said that the Hammers are a big club who get a lot of fans for their matches.
Redknapp made the comments about England international midfielder after West Ham got the better of Sevilla in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
Liverpool and Chelsea are among the clubs reportedly interested in signing Rice, who can also play as a defender.
Redknapp said when asked what Rice should do: “Stay.”
The pundit added: “Stay at West Ham. West Ham are a big club, 60,000 people every week. West Ham are a big club.”

Declan Rice should stay at West Ham United
In our view, Rice should stay at West Ham and continue his development as a footballer.
Yes, there are bigger clubs than West Ham, but the Hammers are going places and Rice is at the centre of it all.
David Moyes’s side have progressed to the quarter-finals of the Europa League and could also finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
Moreover, Rice is only 23.
Yes, the England international is a brilliant player, but there is still room for improvement.
In our view, Rice should stay at West Ham for at least another season and continue to flourish under Moyes.
