Tottenham Hotspur are set to travel to face Manchester United on Sunday.

Harry Redknapp has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on 8th December, that he believes Tottenham Hotspur will beat Manchester United this weekend.

Spurs are due to travel to Old Trafford on Sunday, and they could put a nine point gap between themselves and Jose Mourinho’s side if they pick up the victory.

Tottenham appear to be back to their best – after beating Swansea City and CSKA Moscow in their last two fixtures – and Redknapp believes that the Lilywhites will go to Old Trafford and collect the three points.

“They go to Manchester United this weekend and I could see them getting a really positive result, I think they could win at Old Trafford,” he said.

United have struggled for results in recent weeks, despite putting in some good performances.

The Red Devils drew 1-1 with Everton in their last match at Goodison Park, to leave them playing catch up in the race for the top four.

Tottenham are also outside the Champions League qualification spaces, but they are significantly closer to them than United.

Spurs are just three points behind fourth placed Manchester City, and they have only been beaten once in league action this term.
