Manchester City and Arsenal trail Chelsea by seven and nine points respectively in the Premier League.
Harry Redknapp has told Talksport that one signing could guarantee either Manchester City or Arsenal the Premier League title.
City beat the Gunners 2-1 to go second in the table on Sunday, but are still seven points behind leaders Chelsea, with Arsene Wenger’s side trailing the Blues by nine points.

Chelsea have won 11 straight league matches since losing to Arsenal in September, with their new-look defence shipping just two goals in that time.
Such is the Blues’ fine form, captain John Terry has struggled to get a game this season and can perhaps expect a substitutes’ role at best when he returns from a short spell on the sidelines.
According to Redknapp, though, the 36-year-old would still be of use to two of Chelsea’s closest rivals.
“Do you want to win the league? I tell you what I’d do: go take John Terry for a season.” He told Tuesday’s Jim White Show.
“Play him at the back with [John] Stones… Stones would learn so much off of playing with John Terry week-in week-out, absolutely, educate him.”

He added: “Listen, they took Frank [Lampard], Man City, he was a legend at Chelsea. I’d take John Terry all day. For a season, [he’d] do fantastic for them.
“Arsenal [could] take him, he could win the league for Arsenal, he could win the league for anyone. Tottenham don’t need him, they’re fantastic their centre-halves, they’re strong at the back. But certainly Arsenal, Man City, Man United.
“He’s a leader, he’s worth his weight in gold, get the right people around him, get someone alongside him with a bit more pace. He reads the game, he’s a leader, he’s a winner, in the dressing room, he’s a captain, I’d have him all day John Terry.”
Terry, whose Stamford Bridge contract expires in June, previously told the Daily Mail that he could have joined Manchester City in 2009, but Chelsea rejected the Citizens’ £29 million bid.
Pep Guardiola’s side (20) have conceded the joint-most goals of any of the Premier League’s top seven, with Arsenal’s tally (19) the next highest.
