West Ham United have won just once in the Premier League so far this season.

Harry Redknapp has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show, which was broadcast on 26th September, that West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic sounds down after his side’s latest defeat.
Bilic was clearly aggravated following West Ham’s 3-0 loss against Southampton, with the pressure beginning to mount on him.
Bilic is now the bookies’ favourite to be the next manager sacked in the Premier League.

And Redknapp feels that the pressure is starting to toll on the Croatian boss, although he has backed Bilic to get West Ham out of trouble, if given time.
“He did sound a bit like that [he was broken]. He sounded very down, and obviously he’s bitterly disappointed,” he said.
“Slaven looks very low and very down…but I’m sure it’ll be OK in the long run.
“They need a couple of results quickly and they have a couple of good home games on paper to come, games they’re capable of winning against Sunderland, Middlesbrough and away to Crystal Palace. But if they don’t win those games, then they do start to look like they could be in trouble.”

West Ham raised expectations through their performances last term, when they finished in seventh place in the Premier League table.
However, their move to the London Stadium has not been as smooth as expected, and Bilic’s men are now already playing catch up.
West Ham are currently in 18th position in the Premier League standings, with their next match coming against Middlesbrough at the weekend.
