Ross Barkley has received criticism for his performance for Everton against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.

Harry Redknapp has told BT Sport’s Premier League Show, which was broadcast on 1st April, that Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has been unfairly scapegoated.
Barkley was criticised for his performance for Everton against Liverpool on Saturday, with Ronald Koeman’s side slipping to a 3-1 defeat.
Barkley’s performance in midfielder was slightly erratic, with the England international seemingly getting carried away with the occasion.
Barkley jumped into some fierce challenges, and lacked his usual composure in possession.
However, Redknapp feels that Barkley was far from the worst Everton player at Anfield.
Indeed, the former Tottenham and QPR boss suggested that Lukaku avoided all criticism, despite putting in a poor display.
“I love him. Everybody has judged him, what about Lukaku? He never had a kick,” Redknapp said. “Everyone is jumping all over Barkley as usual. He needs to be made to feel important. I think he’s top draw.”
Everton’s performance at Anfield was short of their best, with Koeman’s side falling to just their second league defeat of 2017.
The Toffees are now in seventh place in the Premier League table – eight points adrift of the top four.
