A report has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli is being pursued by super-agents Jorge Mendes and Mino Raiola.

Harry Redknapp has told The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT (broadcast on 14th September 2017; 7:43 am) that he cannot see any reason why Dele Alli would want to leave Tottenham amid rumours that he could be about to link up one of the game’s super-agents.
The Times recently suggested that the England international is looking for new representation, and that both Jorge Mendes and Mino Raiola – who represent some of the biggest names in football – were both vying to add Alli to their list of clients.

With both agents having players involved in some of the most notable transfers in recent years, the news may perhaps worry some Spurs supporters who are hoping that the 21-year-old remains an integral member of Mauricio Pochettino’s side for years to come.
But when asked whether Tottenham fans should be worried, Redknapp insisted that the former MK Dons starlet would be foolish to consider leaving Spurs at such an exciting time for the club.

“He’s at a great club there, I don’t see why he would want to leave. They’ve got a team there I think that is a fantastic Tottenham team at the moment and I don’t see why he shouldn’t want to stay and be a part of that.”
If Tottenham hope to build upon the promise that they shown in recent years, then they surely need to keep all of their key players while also bolstering the squad with even more quality.
Alli is certainly one of the most important players within Tottenham’s squad, so the fans will be hoping that whoever becomes his new agent, they will look to advise him to stay exactly where he is.
