Queens Park Rangers are currently in 20th place in the Championship table, after losing 3-0 against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Harry Redknapp has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 28th December, that he hasn’t even heard of most of Queens Park Rangers’ squad.

QPR have struggled in recent weeks, and they have slipped all the way down to 20th in the Championship table.

Rangers were beaten 3-0 by Brighton & Hove Albion, and Redknapp admits that he was shocked when he saw Ian Holloway’s starting line-up yesterday.

“Holloway has gone in their and found it tough. I look at the team, and I don’t even know half the players,” Redknapp admitted. “They’ve bought in players I’ve never heard of. They’re not Olly’s players.

“Tony Fernandes is a great guy and a great chairman. He deserves better and so do the supporters.

“I don’t know what’s happened to some of their kids. Chris Ramsey put Furlong in, but I don’t even know where he is now. I thought he would have pushed on.”

QPR won their first match after Holloway took charge against Norwich City, but things have not gone according to plan since.

The R’s have lost their last six matches in succession, and have not even scored in their last four outings.

QPR are now just three points above the relegation zone, with concerns rising that they could be dragged into a relegation battle.

Rangers are next in action on New Year’s Eve, when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.
