It is his best return yet and even better considering he played just 30 games.

Where the former Liverpool man excels is in his all round game, creating more than double the number of chances for his team than Kane.

Despite this, Kane’s assist return of seven is not bad at all, just inferior to Suarez’s return of 12.
Unlike Suarez, Kane is committed to the club, and expected to play at Tottenham for the duration of his current contract and likely sign another one.
Simply to put together a season comparable to the Uruguayan is an achievement in itself, and it is unfortunate in both cases that their efforts were not rewarded with Premier League titles wins, with Spurs and Liverpool each finishing second.
