Around this time every year the FIFA player ratings become a source of much deliberation, particularly amongst the players themselves.
The latest FIFA title is due to be released on 27 September and Tottenham striker Harry Kane was given a sneak peak as to what his rating is going to be on the latest virtual football title.
The England international, who claimed the Premier League Golden Boot after scoring 25 goals for Spurs last term, received an 84 overall card, an improvement of three from last season.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane wins the 2015/16 Barclays Golden Boot Award, scoring 25 goals.
Kane’s individual stats break down to: 73 pace, 84 shooting, 71 passing, 78 dribbling, 42 defence and 81 physical that combine to make the 84 overall striker card for the Ultimate Team game mode.
His rating is the same as fellow Premier League player David Luiz and below the likes of Juventus forward Pablo Dybala and Chelsea wideman Willian – needless to say Kane is a little underwhelmed.
During an interview with Copa 90, Kane said: “I’ve been waiting (for the rating) for quite a while, ever since the last rating came out.”

And upon seeing his latest FIFA rating, he added: “84? It’s an improvement. But I think shooting has got to be definitely in the 90s.
“Defending is a bit harsh too, it’s gone down a bit from the last one – defending corners I’m quite good so I’d like to see that one improve.
“Probably want to see passing a bit higher definitely than 71.”
