Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane reportedly has no interest in signing for French giants Paris Saint-Germain, despite the Ligue 1 champions being keen on him.

That’s according to The Telegraph, who claim that the English international striker would turn down an approach from Luis Enrique’s side, should a bid be forthcoming from PSG.

This will seemingly leave the door open for Kane to decide between moving to Bayern Munich to play under Thomas Tuchel or remain at Tottenham and see out the remaining 12 months of his current Spurs contract.

Manchester United are also out of the running to sign the striker, with their money now being put towards highly rated striker Rasmus Hojlund, according to Fabrizio Romano.

So, Kane has a decision to make.

Tottenham Hotspur demanding over £100 million for Harry Kane

With Kane starting in Spurs’ pre-season friendly against West Ham United this afternoon, the prospect of a quick resolution to the saga of the summer is seemingly not forthcoming.

With Spurs chairman Daniel Levy being a hard negotiator, too, this looks set to be another drawn-out saga this summer.

The report from The Telegraph also claims that Kane has no intention of signing a new contract, despite Spurs reportedly offering £400,000 a week and as well as a role at the club after the striker decides to hang up his boots.

Spurs are asking for £100 million for the striker according to the same report.

It seems unlikely the German side would match that fee.

The knock-on effect this could have on the striker market could affect Spurs’ London and Premier League rivals Chelsea.

Dusan Vlahovic is reportedly a backup for Luis Enrique’s side in the event that Kane turns them down, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.

Well, if The Telegraph are to be believed, PSG may well pivot their attention to the Serbian forward from Juventus.

Chelsea have previously been credited with an interest in the former Fiorentina forward.

A move for Vlahovic to PSG could open the door for Romelu Lukaku to complete his move to Turin after Inter Milan dropped out of the race for the Belgian striker.
