Tottenham Hotspur and England hero Harry Kane’s World Cup got off to an ideal start.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane netted a brace for England against Tunisia to score his first ever World Cup goals.
Kane scored in the first half and then in injury time to drag the Three Lions to a 2-1 victory.
Playing in his first ever World Cup, leading the line as captain, Kane fulfilled a dream.
The Tottenham striker’s two World Cup goals eclipsed record goalscorer Wayne Rooney’s paltry tally of one across his England career at the biggest tournament in football.
Kane will be expected to add to his tally in England’s next match on Sunday when they take on Panama, who lost 3-0 to Belgium.

A victory will take the pressure off heading into a group decider against Belgium, by which time both teams could have already qualified.
Harry Kane’s World Cup is just getting started, and England are clearly very lucky to have him.
