Harry Kane says Tottenham man is ‘unique in his own way’

Speaking to Amazon Prime, Harry Kane has been discussing Antonio Conte.

The Italian has been brilliant since arriving at Tottenham late last year, and it seems as though Kane is loving life under this manager.

Indeed, the England captain has been back to his best under Conte, and the striker has now gone on the record to express his admiration for the gaffer.

Kane described Conte as a ‘fantastic’ manager who has an element of uniqueness about him due to his passion for the game that he brings to training every day.

Kane praises Conte

The striker had nothing but good things to say about the Spurs boss.

“Yeah, it’s up there for sure. The manager is fantastic, a great squad, great depth and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve,” Kane said.

“Yeah, Conte is unique in own way, he’s so passionate every day he’s so passionate every day. He brings so much energy to training, to meetings and to gamedays, so every manager has their own unique style but Conte brings that energy and that passion every day.”

Uniquely brilliant

Kane is absolutely right about Conte, he’s a one-of-a-kind manager, and he’s absolutely brilliant.

Yes, there are other managers who are animated on the touchline – we’re looking at you Diego Simeone, but with Conte it’s never performative, it’s all genuine rather than a ruse to get the crowd behind the team.

The Italian kicks every ball along with his players on the touchline, and on top of that, he’s one of the games great tacticians.

There’s a reason Conte is a serial winner. He cares about this game more than almost anyone else on the planet and he’s a perfectionist who won’t accept anything less than 100 per cent from his teams.
