Tottenham striker raves about his manager.

Kane has flourished under Mauricio Pochettino, and there are plenty more young players itching to follow in his footsteps.
The most successful so far is midfielder Harry Winks, who made his first start for the club against West Ham last November.
But it was a match against Arsenal which really caught the eye of Kane, with regard to his manager’s brave decision making and faith in Winks.

He said: “The tendency is to go with players with first-team experience because you have evidence of how they will react. Harry Winks is a great example, [of a manager trusting a young player] going into a north London derby, at 1-1. It’s a case of ‘I believe in you’ and ‘I believe you can do the job’.
“We need coaches who are brave enough to put the young players in, but also young players with the character and professionalism to maximise their careers.”

Winks’ recent efforts have been rewarded with a call-up into the England international squad, as a replacement for injured Fabian Delph.
Winks has stepped up to every challenge put in front of him so far, and Pochettino has provided him the perfect platform for success.
Kyle Walker-Peters is another Tottenham youngster to recently make his debut, and under Pochettino, he will not be the last.
