Trevor Sinclair and some Manchester City fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Harry Kane for Tottenham Hotspur against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Kane started for Tottenham in the North London derby against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

The England international striker has not been in good form so far this season, and the 28-year-old struggled against Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s side won the Premier League match 3-1.

Kane had chances to score, but the Englishman could not take them and also failed to get the better of Arsenal central defender Ben White in his duels.

The Tottenham no.10 took five shots against Arsenal, but only one of them was on target.

Kane had a pass accuracy of 45.5%, won one header, and took 25 touches.

The striker was linked with a move to defending Premier League champions City in the summer transfer window.

City manager Pep Guardiola told Sky Sports in August that he wanted to sign Kane from Premier League rivals Tottenham in the summer transfer window.

Sky Sports reported that the Citizens made a bid of £100 million for the striker in June.

As you can see from the tweets below, former City winger Sinclair and some fans of the defending Premier League champions were not impressed by Kane’s performance in the North London derby.
