The Tottenham Hotspur duo were in scintillating form against Everton today.

Tottenham hitman Harry Kane spoke to Sky Sports (18:03, December 23rd) in the aftermath of his side’s 6-2 win away at Everton today, and joked that he has been moaning at Heung-Min Son all season for his failure to assist him.
Spurs were quite simply brilliant at Goodison Park today, and they must now be considered as genuine challengers for the Premier League title, with just six points separating them and league leaders Liverpool.
Kane, 25, played a key role for his side once again, scoring twice against the Toffees, and taking his tally to 11 Premier League strikes for the season.
Son was equally as effective, bagging a brace, and setting up Kane for his second goal.
The England international spoke to Sky Sports after the game today, and joked that it was about time that Son assisted him this season:

“I’ve been moaning at this man all season for not assisting me, but thankfully he’s put one on a plate for me in the second half.”
Next up for Tottenham is back-to-back home games against Bournemouth and Wolves respectively, before they travel to Cardiff City on new year’s day, and a return of nine points from those outings could very well see them close the gap on Liverpool as they head into the second half of the campaign.
And if they are to do just that, Kane and Son will have to be at their very best from now on into 2019.
