Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will be aiming to win the Premier League Golden Boot ahead of the upcoming season.

Harry Kane has boldly claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have a ‘strong enough squad’ to compete regardless of what happens between now and the end of the transfer window.
Tottenham have been active during this window, with Tanguy Ndombele being their standout purchase, and Jack Clarke also joining the club before being loaned out.
Last season, Spurs finished the campaign in fourth place, but if they are to kick on then they will need more legs in their squad.
But speaking to Sky Sports News (10/07/19 at 3:50 pm), Kane backed the manager to do what he wanted in this window, as he seemed relatively happy with the what Spurs have.
“That is always the aim [to win the title],” Kane told Sky Sports News. “The manager has full trust in the squad and whoever he gets in or gets rid of then that’s his choice.
“Whatever happens now until the end of the window, we know we have a strong enough squad to compete and the top-six now is really tight and tough. We have just to try and put a good run together.”

There’s no doubt that Tottenham’s real success came in the Champions League, but even then they fell short in a heartbreaking fashion.
If the North London club can add signings such as another Ndombele to their team then it’ll increase their chances of competing in a stronger fashion and perhaps lifting some silverware.
Whilst the White Hart Lane faithful will be keen to see who else joins the club, there will also be an eye on who may depart the club this summer.
