Bournemouth travel to Wembley to face Tottenham Hotspur as the Premier League returns this weekend.

Harry Arter has told The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT (broadcast on 12th October; 9:40 am) that Bournemouth will be looking to take advantage of Tottenham’s struggles at Wembley when they meet at the weekend, and warned his teammates to dismiss the idea that Harry Kane is the only player that the Cherries need to worry about.
A look at the Premier League table suggests that a home win should be in the bag when Spurs host Eddie Howe’s men at the weekend, but, of course, Mauricio Pochettino’s side are still answering questions about whether their home form will see them play themselves out of title contention this year.

Since moving to Wembley, Tottenham have not won a home game in the league. And Arter suggested that Bournemouth may need for the supposed Wembley hoodoo to do them a favour.

“You look at their away form compared to their home form and it’s a massive difference so it’s going to be a tough game but if there’s anything that can work in our advantage, hopefully it could be that.”
It would surely be a smart prediction to suggest that if Bournemouth are going to cause an upset and win the game, they may have to score at least twice as Harry Kane’s recent form makes it seem more than likely that he will get onto the scoresheet at some point.
Kane has scored nine in his last five for club and country, and has only failed to score in two games since the end of August. But while some may be expecting Kane to make an impact, Arter warned that focusing on keeping the striker quiet would be a dangerous tactic.
“I don’t think you can focus on just one Tottenham player. Obviously Harry Kane is in great form at the minute, but he’s got 10 players behind him that are feeding him balls,” he added.
