The 24-year-old, who spent time with Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers, was released by Newcastle United this month.

Haris Vuckic has told The Shields Gazzette that he will always love Newcastle United after joining FC Twente on Friday.
The 24-year-old was released by Newcastle this month after being on the Magpies’ books for eight years.
However, the Slovenian midfielder had loan spells with five different clubs in that time, making only seven league appearances for the North-East club.

Injuries also hampered his bid to make it at Newcastle and a cruciate ligament injury cut short his 2012-13 campaign in October during Alan Pardew’s reign as manager.
Now under Rafael Benitez, United are set for a return to the Premier League after winning the Championship, and Vuckic, who had a loan spell with Bradford City last season, hopes that his former club enjoy the success which they deserve.
“Whatever happened with me with those injuries, I will always feel love for Newcastle and I wish them the best,” he told The Shields Gazzette.
“They are where they deserve to be and hopefully they are going to be successful. I hope they are going to do well in the Premier League.”

One of Vuckic’s more successful loan spells came at Ibrox side Rangers when he netted eight goals in 13 Scottish Championship starts for the Glasgow giants.
“All these loans and injuries made me stronger. Some of the loans, like Wigan and Rangers, were really good. I played regularly at Rangers and scored goals,” he added.
