Rangers are in the midst of a disappointing run in the Scottish Premiership.
Andy Halliday celebrates with Kenny Miller
Rangers midfielder Andy Halliday has spoken exclusively to Rangers TV, and divulged the position that he feels he is most comfortable playing in.
The 24-year-old has played in every league game for the Gers this season, although he has been used in a variety of positions.
Since the absence of Joey Barton, however, Halliday has been utilised as a holding midfielder, and he told Rangers TV how that is his most natural position:

“I think it’s my best position probably in this team to be honest. I think it’s a lot more natural to me in terms of my attributes as a football player. I’ve really enjoyed playing there the last three games. It’s really good to be back in the team, playing and playing well.”
Rangers have been on a worrying run over the last few weeks, and currently sit seventh in the Scottish Premiership, after two losses and two draws in their last four league outings.
Halliday discussed how it is vital for Rangers to start winning games again, and that it is more important than the position he is played in:

“But it’s a results business and the most important thing for us is to try and get some momentum going and get that winning mentality back into our team. So all guns blazing for Saturday.”
The former Bradford City and Blackpool player has made 61 appearances for Rangers in all competitions since his move to Ibrox last summer, and has scored 13 goals.
